Shipping Policy

We post via Australia Post. We will endeavour to ship out your order within 5 days of you placing it between Monday and Friday from Victoria, Australia.

Note that due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

Shipping within Australia: Postage is charged at a flat rate of AUD $5 for standard shipping and AUD $10 for express shipping. Delivery will take between 1-7 business days between the major cities and between 6-10 business days to regional areas depending on the shipping method you have selected. 

Shipping to New Zealand: Postage is charged at a flat rate of AUD $10 for standard shipping and AUD $15 for express shipping. It may take between 4-12 business days for your delivery to arrive, depending on your location. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches its destination. Please consider any additional charges including customs clearance as they will be your responsibility.

Global Shipping: Standard and Express Shipping options are available for New Zealand, Canada, United States, United Kingdom and Ireland. Express Shipping is available for all remaining countries. Delivery times vary greatly for each country. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches its destination. Please consider any additional charges including customs clearance as they will be your responsibility.

All international sales are final (unless there is a defect with the product or it was damaged during shipping).

  

Returns Policy

At Twiddl, we want you to be fully satisfied that our products work on your child's hair. So, if you’re not happy with your products, please email us at hello@twiddl.co within 14 days of receiving your order so we can work with you to resolve any issues.

If we can’t assist and you wish to return your Twiddl products for a refund, we recommend that you return all products in the shipping box which was sent to you, and that you pay for a registered postal service to ensure the item is tracked as we do not cover the cost of postage on returns. You will also assume any risk of lost or damaged items during transit back to us, so we advise you to return the products using a secure delivery method and take out insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit on their return back to us. Once we have received the items we will organise a refund.

For Health and Hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or refunds on any accessory products including Hair Towels, Pillowcases, or Scrunchies unless faulty.

We take all care possible, but sometimes accidents happen. If you have received an item that is broken or damaged, or if your order was incorrect, please email us at hello@twiddl.co within 7 days of receiving your order, include a photograph of your product and we’ll arrange a replacement item for you.
